Getting out matters. We’ll drive you to appointments and the shops, join you for an outing or simply share a cuppa and a chat, so you stay connected to your community.
Who it’s for
These services suit anyone who no longer drives, feels isolated, or would enjoy more time out and about with good company.
What we provide
- Transport. A Care Worker drives you to appointments, shopping and social activities, and can stay with you if you need help.
- Group outings. Regular social outings, lunches and trips with other participants, with transport included.
- Individual social support. One-on-one company at home or out in the community.
- Digital support. Help using a phone, tablet or video calls to stay in touch with family.
Your Care Partner plans your services with you and checks in regularly, so your support changes as your needs do.
Our transport and social support services
Prices
Transport is from $30 per trip for distances under 20 km. Social support is from $120 per hour on weekdays. These are our Support at Home prices, which are GST-free and include travel. See our full price list, including private rates.

Yes. Accompanied activities mean a Care Worker can stay with you, help you get around and take notes if you would like.
