Feeling comfortable and confident in your own home matters. Our trained Care Workers help with daily routines in a way that respects your privacy and keeps you as independent as possible.
Who it’s for
Personal care suits anyone who finds some daily routines harder than they used to be, or who would feel safer with someone there to help.
What we provide
- Showering and bathing. Safe, respectful help so you feel clean, comfortable and secure.
- Dressing and grooming. Help with dressing, hair care, shaving and nail care.
- Continence support. Discreet help with toileting, continence aids and hygiene.
- Help with medications. Prompting and support to take your own medications as prescribed.
Your Care Partner plans your services with you and checks in regularly, so your support changes as your needs do.
Prices
From 1 October 2026, personal care is fully funded under Support at Home, with no participant contribution, as long as it is in your support plan and you have funds available.
Personal care is from $120 per hour on weekdays. These are our Support at Home prices, which are GST-free and include travel. See our full price list, including private rates.
How it’s funded
- Support at HomeThis is a clinical support, so there is no participant contribution.
- DVA Community NursingAt no cost to eligible Veteran Card holders with a referral.
- Paying privatelyStart quickly, with no assessment or waiting list. Some services may attract private health insurance rebates, so check with your insurer.

We provide personal care across the Tweed and Northern Rivers, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Wide Bay–Burnett.
