Overnight and 24/7 support suits people going through a period of instability, recovering after hospital, nearing the end of life, or whose family carers need a break.

What we provide

• Overnight care. A Care Worker stays overnight to help with personal care, reassurance and safety.
• 24/7 care. Around-the-clock rostered care when someone needs to be close by at all times.
• In-home respite. A break for family carers, knowing their loved one is in safe hands.
• Nursing support. Registered Nurse oversight and visits where clinical care is needed.

Your Care Partner plans your services with you and checks in regularly, so your support changes as your needs do.

Prices

Overnight support is charged at our evening and night rates, from $129 per hour for respite on weeknights. We will give you a clear quote before care starts. These are our Support at Home prices, which are GST-free and include travel. See our full price list, including private rates.

How it’s funded

• Support at HomeContributions depend on the services in your plan. Nursing and personal care have none; respite and other support may have a contribution.
• Paying privatelyStart quickly, with no assessment or waiting list. Some services may attract private health insurance rebates, so check with your insurer.
