What we provide

• Cleaning. Vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchens and general tidying.
• Laundry. Washing, drying, folding and changing linen.
• Shopping. Help with shopping, in person with you or done for you.
• Meals. Meal preparation in your home, and meal delivery.
• Gardening and home maintenance. Keeping your garden tidy and small jobs around the home done safely.

Your Care Partner plans your services with you and checks in regularly, so your support changes as your needs do.

Our domestic assistance services

• General house cleaningRegular cleaning by a familiar Care Worker keeps your home safe, comfortable and the way you like it, so you can save your energy for the things you enjoy.
• LaundryCarrying heavy baskets and hanging out washing can be hard work.
• Shopping assistanceWhether you’d like company at the shops or would rather we do it for you, we’ll help you keep the fridge and pantry stocked.
• Gardening and home maintenanceA neat garden and a home in good repair make life safer and more enjoyable.
• Meals and meal preparationEating well keeps you strong and well.

Prices

House cleaning and laundry are from $115 per hour on weekdays. Meal delivery is $15 per meal. These are our Support at Home prices, which are GST-free and include travel. See our full price list, including private rates.

How it’s funded

• Support at HomeThis is an everyday living service. You may pay a contribution of 17.5% to 80%, depending on your pension status.
• Paying privatelyStart quickly, with no assessment or waiting list. Some services may attract private health insurance rebates, so check with your insurer.

We provide domestic assistance across the Tweed and Northern Rivers, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Wide Bay–Burnett.
