Our team of Registered Nurses are skilled in complex wounds and will assess your general health, lifestyle, and other factors that may inhibit or slow natural healing. We understand the differing complexities of healing and are here to support you ever step of the way.

Medication Administration


We work closely with our clients to help them stay independent at home by providing safe medication administration. Our team collaborates with your GP or specialist to ensure your medication plan is managed effectively, helping you maintain optimal health and well-being.

Continence Support 


Maintaining dignity and comfort is essential when managing continence concerns. Our Registered Nurses provide compassionate, discreet support, including assistance with prescribing continence aids, bathroom modifications, catheter and stoma care, and bladder/bowel management. We work with your GP or specialist to develop a personalised care plan, helping you stay comfortable, confident, and independent at home.

Hospital In the Home


Stable Home Care provides high-quality Hospital in the Home (HITH) services, allowing patients to receive acute clinical care in their home, reducing hospital stays while ensuring expert support. 

Our services include complex wound care, IV antibiotic therapy, post-discharge health reviews, medication management, and catheter care.

Chronic Disease Management


Managing a chronic condition can be challenging, but with the right support, you can maintain independence and well-being at home. As an Approved Aged Care Provider of Home Care Packages we can assist you with all your support at home needs including Domestic Assistance, Personal Care, In-Home Nursing, Transport, Errands, Social outings and more.

NDIS

We provides services to NDIS participants. Our services include; Support Work, In-Home Nursing including; Continence assessments and management, pressure area care, wound care, medication administration and education.

DVA

We are an Approved DVA Community Nursing Provider and are available to take referrals for Personal Care, and Community Nursing. Contact us below.

Self Funded

Our services can be paid privately with rebates available for selected services that are covered under your private health insurance. For more information on rebates specific to your situation, please contact your private health insurer.
