What are Home Care Packages?

A Home Care Package is a government-funded program that provides support to older Australians so they can continue living in their homes for as long as possible. These packages offer flexible care services, tailored to meet your individual needs and preferences.

How We Can Help

Depending on your level of care needs, our Home Care Packages include a wide range of services:

  • Personal Care: Assistance with showering, grooming, dressing, and continence support.
  • Domestic Support: Help with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Nursing Care: Clinical services provided by Registered Nurses, including wound care, medication management, and health monitoring.
