In 2026, Stable Home Care is forming our Consumer Advisory Body for clients receiving support at home services.

This group will provide meaningful feedback on the quality of care and client experience, helping guide improvements to how we deliver services under Support at Home. Feedback will be shared directly with our leadership team and Governing Body, ensuring your voice helps shape the way care is delivered.

We also welcome family members, carers, and representatives, recognising that the people who support you often have valuable insights and can help us continually improve the way we care for older adults at home.

The Consumer Advisory Body will meet at least once per year, with a combination of face-to-face and virtual options to make participation accessible for everyone. If you require any accessibility or communication supports, we will do our best to assist.
