All feedback is taken seriously and managed in line with our Complaints, Compliments and Feedback process. Wherever possible, we aim to resolve concerns quickly, respectfully and in partnership with you.
If your concern relates to serious misconduct, safety risks, unethical behaviour, fraud, or breaches of aged care legislation, you may wish to make a whistleblower disclosure instead. Whistleblower disclosures can be made confidentially or anonymously and are managed under a separate process with additional legal protections.
