Self-Management
Enjoy full flexibility and control over your care. You choose your own caregivers, set schedules that work best for you, and negotiate rates directly with trusted providers from our preferred supplier list and partner networks. This model is designed for our Level 1, and Level 2 clients and allows for independence and personal choice and maximising of your budget.

Self-Management Plus
Partner with an experienced Care Manager who will handle all aspects of your care. From coordinating schedules to connecting you with highly qualified Caregivers, Registered Nurses, and local support networks, we take the stress out of managing your care. This is designed for our more complex care clients, Level 3 and Level 4 needing over 8 hours per week of services.

How are we different?

We are committed to delivering great value to our clients. At Stable Home Care, we offer competitive pricing of just 15% for Self Management and 25% for Self-Management Plus, rather than the industry standard of 35%. This means you can enjoy up to an EXTRA 155 hours of services every year.

​Create a Plan

​After you sign up you will be introduced to a Care Manager who will work with you to create a Care Plan and Budget, to match your goals and unique care needs.

STEP 3  

​Start Services

​No matter which package you have decided, you will have access to a dedicated Care Expert to guide you through the process and address any questions you may have. So you can sit back and enjoy your services.
